ActyMac has released ActyMac DutyWatch Remote 1.8 (http://actymac.com/DutyWatch_Remote/), an update of the distant computer monitoring application for Mac OS X. It’s a maintenance release that fixes some bugs.

Coherent Graphics has unveiled Proview 1.2 (http://www.coherentpdf.com/proview.html), an update of the PDF Editor for Mac OS X. The upgrade is faster, adds visual selection for cropping and lets you edit page bleed, trim, art and crop boxes individually.

Proview sports a range of tools to edit existing PDF documents, as well as build new documents from scratch. It’s based on the same professional-strength PDF technology as Coherent Graphic’s high-end server solution.

Before Dawn Solutions (http://www.beforedawnsolutions.com) has announced skEdit 4.1.3, their first release under the Before Dawn Solutions brand. With a focus on web development, skEdit Text/HTML editor includes features to assist in the editing of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, Python, ASP, Ruby/Rails, SQL, ActionScript and ColdFusion.

Version 4.1.3 includes some minor bug fixes, and updates the application to use the new support site, registration, and error handling. It requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher. SkEdit (formerly SKHTML) costs US$34.95.
