Apple Store planned for Arlington, VA

The Washington Business Journal (article not online) reported today that Apple will launch a second retail store near Washington, DC — 9.6 miles from one of its first national locations which opened May 19 in McLean, Virginia. The new store is slated to open November 1 in Arlington, VA at the Clarendon Market Common, less than two miles from the American capital.

Symantec confirms AppleScript Virus

Symantec has confirmed that an AppleScript Virus is making its way to some Mac users. As reported here earlier today, the virus affects users of Entourage and Outlook Express. Entourage should warn of suspicious behavior before sending out the mass emails. However, there are currently no reports of any warnings from Outlook Express.
