Quark has announced a new video tutorial series that will feature one new QuarkXPress video a week throughout 2017 – a total of 50 free training sessions.

Working from the basics, the video tutorials will be hosted by design, layout, and brand expert Martin Turner who recently released his book “Desk Top Publishing with QuarkXPress 2016.” Now he takes his expertise to video, where he will cover topics including:

° Desktop publishing and digital publishing;

° Deep QuarkXPress features such as Job Jackets and Composition Zones;

Norbert M. Doerner has released NeoFinder 7.0.1. It’s an update of the macOS app that helps you keep track of your digital files, photos, songs, movies, fonts on hard drives, USB sticks, servers, Blu-ray disks, DVD-ROMs, CDROMs, and any other digital media.

EZQuest (www.ezq.com) has expanded its keyboard covers product line to include compatibility with Apple’s 2016 MacBook Pro. They include clear covers for keyboard protection, creative software editing with keyboard shortcuts, and foreign language covers for U.S./European-based keyboards.

EZQuest says its keyboard covers are certified to have “no detectable latex materials.” The $24.99 Clear Keyboard Cover offers keyboard protection from spills and dirt. It’s made of silicone and is designed to provide a snug fit without movement during typing.

Apple has released three new developer betas: iOS 10.3, tvOS 10.2, and macOS 10.12.4. Developers can download the beta through the Apple Developer Center or the Software Update mechanism in the App Store.
