Apple has released tvOS 16.1.1 update for the new third-generation Apple TV 4K. It fixes an issue that could cause the Apple TV to be unable to install apps.
tvOS 16.1.1 for the third gen Apple TV 4K can be downloaded by going to the Settings app on your Apple TV set-top box. Then go to System > Software Update.
