CS Odessa updates Interactive Voice Response Diagrams Solution

CS Odessa (www.conceptdraw.com) has announced a new edition of Interactive Voice Response Diagrams Solution for ConceptDraw DIAGRAM. 

The new version of solution updates the previous release with new library and sample documents. The updated collection of scalable graphics objects and sample drawings is designed to make short work of developing and operating IVR systems for call centers and voice mail systems.

The Interactive Voice Response Diagrams Solution is available at no charge to users of ConceptDraw DIAGRAM 12 and ConceptDraw OFFICE 5. DIAGRAM and OFFICE are compatible with macOS and Windows.The former retails for $199 per end user license and is included in the latter, which retails for $499.
