Tee-Boy has announced WeatherSnoop 3 for Mac OS X Lion and higher. Designed to procure, analyze and publish weather data, the app interfaces with a variety of personal and professional weather stations as well as Internet-based data sources.

With WeatherSnoop, you can watch your weather come to life with rendered instruments and gauges that show temperature, wind, rain, and more. Version 3 includes support for multiple stations through Site Documents, which allow users to obtain data from more than one station at a time.

New reporting features also allow uses to obtain highs and lows for varying periods of time, going all the way back through their weather history. Also, weather station support has been honed and improved.

WeatherSnoop 3 supports a wide range of weather stations, including the Davis Vantage Pro, Davis Vantage Vue, Ambient Weather WS-1080/WS-2080, Peet Brothers ULTIMETER 100/800/2000/2100 and the RainWise CC-3000. It costs US$59.99, with a “lite” version available for $19.99. A demo is available at Tee-Boy online (http://www.weathersnoop.com).
