iWorldApps has announced Practice Mathematics 2, their latest educational app for the iPad. The US$1.99 app is aimed at 7-11 year olds, as well as parents and teachers of these age groups. Practice Mathematics 2 covers seven key numeracy skills, including decimals, percentages, angles, shapes, time, money and fractions.

Awesome App Lab has released Signature Scanner Pro — Security Prank 1.0 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. You can trick your friends and family with this $0.99 prank security app. They will think your device actually recognizes only your signature. When they get denied access to your device, the app’s intruder cam feature takes a photo of them trying to gain access.

3D Methods has introduced Cryptic Kingdoms 1.0. It’s a $0.99 point-and-click adventure title. In this story driven game, players must use their wits to find the lost shards as they explore the three kingdoms. While exploring the kingdoms, players will find items, solve puzzles, and interact with the environment in an effort to save an alien world.

Aggressive Development has launched Kalah in Africa 1.0. It’s a free version of the board game Kalah. Two players start with 36 seeds, six in each of the small pits in a row in front of them. A large pit, or Kalah, is to the right of each player. Players take turns removing all the seeds from one of their pits and distributing them one at a time counter clockwise, winning when they capture more seeds than their opponent. Players must invite a friend or be matched on Game Center.

G-Power has unveiled MyBirthday Calendar. It’s a $0.99 birthday reminder app that syncs with the user’s Facebook, phone contacts, or both. The app features a calendar or timeline layout with all uploaded contacts represented by their pictures and names. Users can add new contacts, edit, reset, and delete the synced information.

AS Mobile Applications has presented High Noon Jonny 1.0 for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. It’s a $0.99 arcade romp that challenges players’ reaction times and all out nerves via “quick draw” gun battles against the notorious outlaw High Noon Jonny.

Sae Cho Works has debuted Joy Desk. It’s a $0.99 puzzle game in which demo pads appear on the user’s screen with items for players to manipulate: balls, stars, and lines. Players select, rotate, move, and place the memo pads to drop the ball and collect all of the stars.

Mobile Force has unleashed Assault Mission 1.0. In the $2.99 game, you jump behind the controls of 30  futuristic troops, do battle with three evil galactic races and stand your ground through one stage after another.

Fat Free Apps has served up Spooky Cookie. It’s a free “scary, bone chilling, hair-raising cooking game.” Players select a Halloween cookie cutter shape, mix all the cookie ingredients in a bowl, bake the cookies in a virtual oven, and decorate the cookie with hundreds of spooky frostings, candy, bloody letters, spooky accessories and more.
