Sepia Apps has premiered InstaFollow for iOS. The $0.99 social networking app allows Instagram users to track and manage all of their followers.

Operatio Apps has created Pin Tiki Ball 1.0 for iOS. It’s a $0.99 game in which players juggle volcanic hot lava balls high and low, while protecting the Pin Tiki natives from scorpions and snakes.

Bilu Games has unleashed Aliens Abducted for IOS. In the free game you meet Moe, the last survivor of an alien species who joins two other aliens, Barry and Marvin, to learn about the universe. Their first mission is to travel around the world guessing every country flag.

In the $0.99 game, players take a horse named Storm on a ride and by spotting obstacles and jumping over them while speed increases. By collecting carrots and ridding further, Storm’s speed increases, making it more and more difficult to stay in the game.

AppsHeard has rolled out Quad Screen Browser 1.0 for iPad users. It leverages the power of up to four browser windows simultaneously on the Apple tablet. Quad Screen is available in both a free, feature-limited version and a $2.99 pro version.
