Parallels says both Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac and Parallels Mobile have been updated to support Apple’s Retina display on the newly released MacBook Pro and latest iPad.

Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac lets you run multiple operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 8 Release Preview, Windows 7, Chrome OS and Ubuntu. Parallels Desktop for Mac will be updated to provide support for final versions of Mountain Lion and Windows 8 after they become available.
 
With the Parallels Mobile app for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, you can remotely access and control your entire Mac, including Windows applications and files, from anywhere. Its features include audio support for Flash and the ability to copy and paste text between Windows programs on Mac and your Apple mobile devices. Parallels Mobile is available in the iTunes App Store.
 
Free trials of Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac are available for download at http://www.parallels.com/desktop . Additionally, the latest iPad users with Parallels Mobile can remotely experience Retina display depth and details of their Windows 7 apps, even if their older Mac doesn’t have a Retina display.
