Apple plans to build a three-story office block next to its existing plant in the city to cater for the expansion of its business in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa, according to “RTE News.” Apple’s Senior Director for Corporate Communications Alan Hely said the company plans to increase its workforce in the city to 3,300 over the next 18 months, the article adds.
