A U.S. appeals court showed few signs today that it’s willing to uphold a request by Apple to immediately block the sale of some Samsung smartphones and tablets, according to “Reuters” (http://macte.ch/qSkGF).

The court heard an argument about whether a federal judge acted properly in December when she ruled that Apple failed to provide enough evidence to support an injunction of Samsung’s Galaxy line of products. This is merely the latest round in the ongoing legal brouhaha between the two companies.

Apple and Samsung have filed more than 30 lawsuits against each other across four continents. A week ago a German court dismissed two cases brought by Apple and Samsung against each other as part of the ongoing legal battle.
