AKVIS (http://www.akvis.com) has upgraded AKVIS NatureArt, to version 4.0. It’s a tool for imitating the magnificence of natural phenomena on your digital photos.
NatureArt offers eight nature effects: Rain, Sun, Water, Lightning, Clouds, Frost, Fire, and Ice. The Fire Effect in version 4.0 has been improved. New presets have been added to Fire, Sun, and Lightning effects. Version 4.0 also makes it possible to apply an effect to a transparent area.
AKVIS NatureArt is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 and higher. A fully functional, 10-day demo is available for download. Users who own previous versions of AKVIS NatureArt can upgrade to version 4.0 for free.
For new users, AKVIS NatureArt sells for US$72 for the Home version (either plug-in or standalone, six effects), $129 for the Home Deluxe version (plug-in and standalone, eight effects), $189 for the Business version (plug-in and standalone, eight effects, for commercial use). AKVIS NatureArt is also available in the Alchemy bundle which includes all AKVIS software at a discounted price.
