Nimbuzz (http://www.nimbuzz.com), a free calls and messaging app maker, has launched cross-platform video calling for the iPhone and Mac/PC, allowing users to video call their family and friends from around the world over any internet connectivity (Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G).
Nimbuzz has also introduced video chat, which allows users to message/text with video, but minus the audio. Nimbuzz expects this unique feature to be an important driver for the company’s growth in the Middle East and Asia Pacific, says Andrei Piftor, communications manager, Nimbuzz.
Over the next few months, Nimbuzz will launch video-calling for Symbian and Android handsets.
