CourseForum Technologies has announced that ProjectForum (, a Mac compatible, wiki-based collaboration application for small-medium teams, has been updated to version 7.0. This release provides an user interface facelift, improved theme support, new wiki format tools and more.

ProjectForum is a commercially supported, wiki collaboration server for small and medium workgroups. It runs securely on an organization’s own network, keeping information in-house. Supporting multiple workgroups from a single server, it features full version control, secure authentication options, document management, full branding support and more.

Versions are available for Mac OS X, as well as Windows and Linux, while users of the software need only a web browser. ProjectForum offers a free version, with more advanced licenses starting at US$79. A fully managed hosted version is also available and is designed for those who may want to migrate in-house later.
