Adobe has released Camera Raw 6.1 (http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/). It adds support for new cameras.

Camera Raw 6.1 also includes new lens correction functionality that can apply profile-based corrections to accommodate geometric distortions, chromatic aberration and lens vignette effects. Manual corrections for geometric distortion as well as vertical and horizontal perspective transforms are also available. A handful of lens profiles are included for automatic correction and more can be created by the community with the Adobe Lens Profile Creator.

iPresentee (http://www.ipresentee.com) has announced iWeb Themes for Business 7.0 to be used with iWeb, Apple’s web site building component of its iLife suite.

iWeb Themes for Business 7.0 includes five new themes available in standard and flash edition: Clock, Golden, Relax, Architecture and Business World. The new release extends iPresentee’s iWeb themes collection up to 70 themes.

Each iWeb Theme for Business includes 12 templates: Home, About Us, Services, Support, Clients, Contact Us, Catalog, Presentations, Gallery, Events, Podcast and Blank. They can be customized.

Boris FX (http://www.borisfx.com) has announced Boris RED 5. Boris RED is an integrated 3D compositing, titling, and effects application designed for Adobe, Apple, Avid, Grass Valley, Media 100, and Sony video editing software.

The PandaWare Company (http://www.pandaware.com) has released version 3.1 of DiskWrangler, its file launcher and browser for Mac OS X users who prefer keeping their hands on the keyboard. The upgrade offers a number of improvements for working in Mac OS X 10.6 (“Snow Leopard”), as well as a cleaner, more focused interface, and a number of other improvements.

Macvide (http://www.macvide.com/) has updated its iPod Converter, the video to iPod MP4 conversion utility for Mac OS X, to version 3.4. The update offers a video engine fix, interleaved video fix, DVD video fix and more.
