PDF Studio beefs up handling of multiple documents

Qoppa Software, which specializes in PDF tools, has updated PDF Studio (http://www.qoppa.com/psindex.html), a PDF editor, to version 6.5.The update improves the way users work with multiple documents.

Qoppa adds to PDF Studio’s batch document handling capabilities with a new function to Set Initial View. Users may also now transfer data across documents with drag and drop of entire pages or Copy and Paste of images and text.

Could regime change make NBC more receptive to Apple’s overtures?

NBC Universal chief Jeff Zucker says (ttp://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2010/09/24/nbc-universal-president-jeff-zucker-step/#content) he’ll step down after cable provider Comcast takes control of the company later this year. The news came as Jonathan Klein, president of CNN, was fired and replaced by Ken Jautz, the head of the network’s sister channel HLN.

With the latest nano, the iPod returns to its roots

Apple’s latest version of the iPod nano has come under criticism for omitting features such as — among many other things — a built-in camera. However, the previous nano always seemed just too small for that feature (or maybe it’s just my aging eyes), so I’m happy to see the small iPod return to its roots as a straightforward music device.
