Retina-X Studios has announced Mobile Spy for iPhone 4 devices. Users can silently track GPS locations, SMS messages, photos and calls of children or employees inside a secure online control panel. A one-year subscription to Mobile Spy is priced at US$99.97.

Comboapp has released Startup Entrepreneur Learning Studio 1.0 for the iPad. Optimized for mobile learning, the $249.99 is designed specifically for aspiring entrepreneurs “who seek to master the various concepts and practices important to understand and abide by when developing an independent business venture from idea to reality.”

James Hollender has unveiled iCarbs app for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The $1.99 app allows users to find out how many carbohydrates are in over 1,100 different food servings, critical information especially for diabetics who need to restrict their intake of carbohydrates.

Badboi Creations has released Cuban Slang for iOS devices. Cuban Slang is an $0.99 app for learning, well, Cuban slang. A free version comes with eight slang terms that when you press the Play button a real Cuban speaks out the term.

T-Minus 5 has launched Eye Web 1.0, a free mobile web browser specifically developed for iPhone and iPod touch. It offers web browsing methods structured around the maxims of speed reading to the public at large.

To commemorate the 16th Asian Games, MeYuMe has launched Asiad Puzzle 1.0, a $0.99 match 3 game playable on the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Reminiscent of such games as Bejeweled, players must match the same mascot pieces to achieve a score.

Cameron Davidson has debuted Aerial New York City 1.0 for the iPad. The $1.99 app features the work of famous aerial photographer, Cameron Davidson. Aerial New York City contains 48 rare images of Manhattan at night.

Silicon Soft has produced Liquid Relay 1.0, a pipe puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. In the $1.99 app you try to reach the highest score by build the longest path per level. As you start each level, the pressure builds at the start valve, allowing you a few seconds head start to build your pipe path before the pressure pushes the liquid out of the start valve.

Boinx Software has unveiled PhotoBox 1.0 for iPad, its latest creation for digital photographers and photo enthusiasts. Designed as a tool for photographers on-the-go, the app analyzes the technical quality of photos imported from camera to iPad via the iPad Camera Connection Kit. PhotoBox normally costs US$1.99, but it’s being offered free for a limited time.

HI Corporation has freed HamTouch!, a Communi-Pets series of virtual pets for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch. With the app — which is $3.99 for the iPhone/iPod touch version and $4.99 for the iPad version — you can look after your very own virtual hamster.

AppGeneration has announced Nradar Europe Pro 1.0 for the iPhone 3G, 3GS, and iPhone 4. It’s a $0.99 radar app that includes Text-to-Speech and multitasking functions.

X1 Technologies has released X1 Mobile Search for iPhone. Introduced at CTIA Enterprise and Applications, the $9.99 app turns an iPhone into an extension of a user’s computer by bringing the X1 search experience to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. X1 Mobile Search for iPhone enables a search of desktop-bound email, attachments, and documents to iOS powered mobile devices.

Cor.kz Wine Info, a wine application for mobile devices, has released an update for its $3.99 iOS application. The new version, a free upgrade for existing users, brings a new “compare wines” feature, iPad compatibility, iPhone 4 optimized graphics, improved Facebook and Twitter integration, wine club write-ups of wines where available, and usability and graphic refinements across the entire application.

SlothMedia has launched KosmicMathHD-Family and KosmicMath Lite HD version 1.3 for the iPad. The $9.99 app is designed to help children master their math tables. Version 1.3 expands the Kosmic Math HD iPad product suite to include five new single player, single grade offerings.

Evetone Labs has unveiled Hidden 1.1, a password-protected file vault for the iPhone and iPod touch. The $1.99 app lets its users put photos, videos, and textual notes inside the app and protect them behind a password. Hidden features a recovery question functionality and support for emailing imported files.

Newtoy has produced Words With Friends HD 3.13, a free, iPad version of their turn-based crosswords game. It features a single-screen game interface similar to the premium version and is offered for free through support from in-game advertising.

Appmaker e.K. has rolled out version 2.0 of their $3.99 MyOwnDiary HD iPad app. This new version offers voice recording directly on the iPad for integration into the diary and a completely remodeled user interface.

SMEStorage has announced iSMEStorage 2.01 for iOS devices. The update of the $4.99 app adds such new features as better local file manager support, including cut and paste of local files, and more multi-cloud features, including cut and paste of files between clouds, and enhanced cloud synchronization capabilities. iSMEStorage lets users access and manage over 10 storage clouds from their iOS device.

Alexander Blach has released Textastic 1.1 for iPad, an update to his $4.99, plain text editor for iOS devices featuring syntax highlighting. The app is compatible with more than 80 programming and markup languages, including HTML, XML, Objective-C, C#, PHP, Perl, Python, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, Tex, etc.

Mathieu Brassard has freed Explore the Animal Kingdom 1.1 for iOS devices. The $1.99 app — which lets you explore the animal kingdom — is especially designed for babies and pre-schoolers. It offers 92 pictures of animals, their sounds and also the correct pronunciations of their names. Touching the picture will reveal the sound the animal makes, and touching the name will pronounce it.
