The PandaWare Company has released a free maintenance update to
TimeCache Manager, offering organizations that utilize PandaWare
TimeCache for time and expense billing more options for managing
TimeCache users and reporting their time. TimeCache Manager allows
workgroups to easily keep TimeCache users’ records synchronized, and
consolidate billing data from multiple users into sophisticated
reports and invoices. It can also export data for importing into MYOB
AccountEdge, or into Intuit Quickbooks for Windows.
Version 1.1.1 introduces a new “Project Totals” report that allows
managers to isolate total charges for any number of selected projects
in a single report. There are also a number of bug fixes.
TimeCache Manager 1.1.1 is a free update for registered users. It can
be used in trial mode for up to 30 days by any Mac user who downloads
it from The PandaWare Company’s Web site

TimeCache Manager helps everybody in a group stay synchronized with
the same Client, Project and Category listings that are used for
billing clients. It also consolidates multiple users’ time and
expense data into a single database.
Once user data has been added to the database, managers can create
reports and invoices that reflect all users’ time and expense entries.
Time data can also be exported to accounting applications such as
MYOB AccountEdge, Intuit Quickbooks for Windows.
TimeCache Manager is used by graphic design firms, law offices, video
production companies and other firms that run their business on
Macintosh users and want a sophisticated time reporting tool.
