immediate availability of Smasher( version 1.7, the automatic,
preventive maintenance utility for Macintosh applications. Version
1.7 improves support for Adobe Creative Suite 4, QuarkXPress 8 and
Microsoft Office 2008, and adds performance enhancements to the
utility.
LaserSoft Imaging has released SilverFast 6.6.1

software for generating perfect raw data from photos and slides.
In order to generate perfect digital RAW data scanned from your
originals, LaserSoft Imaging has developed a new 64 bit HDRi format
for SilverFast 6.6.1 which not only contains complete image data but
also has embedded the dust and scratch information from the scanner’s
infrared channel.

Rose has been a programmer and technical writer since 1983. The
author of two books for programmers in the 90s, Rose sold his

RadTech (http://www.radtech.com) has announced the ClearCal
Anti-Glare Film for glossy displays. It purportedly improves the
viewability of glossy glass displays when used in brightly lit or
outdoor environments.
ClearCal films combine a tempered two-mil matte finished,
anti-reflection layer, permanently laminated to a three-mil flexible
transparent base.
