anti-virus and anti-spyware tool, designed specifically for the Mac
operating system. Providing real-time protection and comprehensive
system scanning, iAntiVirus is designed to detect and remove Mac
specific threats ensuring your Mac remains safe, says Simon Clausen,

He adds that iAntiVirus is a dedicated Mac only solution that doesn’t
contain unnecessary information about Windows based threats, keeping

Native Instruments has introduced Evolve Mutations
(http://www.native-instruments.com/EvolveMutations.info), a new,
US$119 instrument for movie, TV and game composers.

Developed in collaboration with sound design house Heavyocity and
powered by the Kontakt engine, this unique sonic resource includes an
arsenal of instruments, rhythms and ambiences designed to add depth

Freeverse’s Sound Studio (http://freeverse.com/soundstudio), an audio
editing and sound creation Mac application developed by Felt Tip
Software, has been updated to version 3.6. The upgrade sports more
Core Audio formats and introduces IMA 4:1 for iPhone development.

AudioUnit plugins and Resampling have been tweaked for maximum
efficiency, and there are new toolbar adjustments. The update is free
for all Sound Studio 3.0 owners.

Boinx Software has published the recording of the
first German iPhoneDevCamp, hosted by App Records
and Boinx Software in Puchheim, near Munich. The
iPhoneDevCamp Munich was a satellite event of the
iPhoneDevCamp 3 at Yahoo! in Sunnyvale,
California, on Aug. 1.

The presentations (in German language) by leading
iPhone developers about new market opportunities
and ways to improve development efficiency were
recorded and streamed live with BoinxTV.
