Morrison SoftDesign — a software development company for Mac and
Windows, specializing in font application tools for graphics
professionals and the printing industry — has a new name: FontGear
(http://www.fontgear.net).
“While our commitment to quality software has not changed, a few
other things have,” says John Morrison, president of the newly named
FontGear. “Over the years our customers have grown to include not
only design professionals, but also IT consultants, network
administrators and technicians. As such, we feel our new name better
reflects who and what our software tools are designed for. We could
not be more excited about our future – and this name change is the
first step of many great things to come for our customers.”
FontGear is best known for itsl font software products, like
FontDoctor, FontXChange, and FontVista.
