MacWare has released version 3.4.5 of MacTuneUp
( , a utility that
discovers and fixes problems, restores hard disk space, creates
bootable disk backups, and maximizes Internet and network connections.

Version 3.4.5 adds the ability to add individual files and folders in
the backup interface. Other new features are: automatic saving of
custom configurations in the backup interface; improved time
calculation when creating bootable backups or restore disk images; an
improved network optimizer for Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”); and
additional safety alerts to prevent unwanted system configurations.

It’s a free update to registered users. For new users it costs
US$29.99. A demo is availble for download. MacTuneUp 3.4.5 requires
Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
