Ecamm’s Call Recorder for Skype adds video recording

Ecamm Network today announced the release of Call Recorder for Skype v2.0. The new version adds support for recording video calls, as well as the addition of audio level meters and the ability to make annotations while recording. Call Recorder adds a simple recording window to Skype for Mac, allowing users to automatically save exact reproductions of all incoming and outgoing Skype calls. Calls are saved as QuickTime files, which can be converted to MP3 format or split into separate tracks for further editing and podcasting.

The Sims 2 Family Fun Stuff coming to Mac

Aspyr Media today announced they will publish The Sims 2 Family Fun Stuff for Mac, the first The Sims 2 stuff pack to be released for the platform. Aspyr also plans to release other The Sims 2 stuff packs in 2007, with The Sims 2 Glamour Life Stuff coming in summer 2007, followed by The Sims 2 Happy Holiday Stuff in fall 2007. The Sims 2 Family Fun Stuff, licensed by Electronic Arts and under development by Aspyr Studios, is expected to hit stores for Mac in April 2007.
