Introversion Software and Ambrosia Software have announced its plans for a DEFCON freeplay long-weekend in conjunction with the Penny Arcade Expo. The event will take place on Friday, August 24th at 2:00 p.m. (18:00 GMT) and run until Monday, August 27th at 6:00 a.m. ET (06:00 GMT). During this time, DEFCON will be free for all to play. Apple has released iWeb 2.0.1, the latest version of its Web site authoring software. Apple says this update: “addresses issues with upgrading and publishing iWeb 1.x websites.”
