Araelium Group has announced Screencast 1.0, a new screen recording application for Mac OS X. Screencast features high-performance screen capturing for smooth, fluid motion even at 30fps. Audio can come from internal or external mic, or the system audio. A utility designed for software screencasters and software trainers, Screencast offers the ability to display keyboard commands, and highlights mouse clicks to better communicate which actions are being performed during screen recording.
