TRI-EDRE today announced the availability of Clone X 3.0.0, the latest version of its disk copy utility for Mac OS X. Clone X is a Universal Binary application for use on Intel- and PowerPC-based Macs. Features of Clone X 3 include: copy an entire disk with all their characteristics, applications, users and their documents, and settings; the copy of disks, without the User’s data (for example to create a master that can be used to install the same System and applications on different machines); the restoration of your disk, to put it back into a previous state and contents (as it was during the copy); the creation of a Mac OS X bootable DVD including your applications; the creation of disk with a minimal System (for a small or emergency disk, for test, etc.); and more. Clone X 3.0.0 is priced at US$49 and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later.
