Trans International has announced the availability of DDR2 667Mhz, 72 Bit ECC Fully-Buffered DIMM (FB-DIMM) for Apple’s new Mac Pro quad-core Intel Xeon (8-core) processor. The chips feature specially designed heat spreaders (Heat-Sink) which conforms to JADEC standards as well as Apple’s stringent Thermal, Mechanical, Electrical Design Specifications and guidelines.
