Other World Computing (OWC) today announced lowered pricing on its OWC Mercury Elite-AL Pro FireWire 800/400+USB2 RAID line of external storage solutions. These Mercury Elite-AL Pro solutions, starting at US$249.99, are available in capacities up to 1.5 TB. The drives all include EMC Retrospect Backup and are EMC Backup Certified. Also included are Intech HD Speedtools Utility Suite, FireWire 800 connecting cable, FireWire 400 connecting cable, and USB connecting cable.
