Primate Labs today announced the availability of Geekbench 2.0, an update to their cross-platform processor and memory benchmark utility. Version 2.0 contains a number of significant new features, including: new and improved benchmarks that emulate real-world application use; a new graphical user interface that makes running and interpreting benchmarks simple; and an improved online result browser that enables users to manage and share benchmark results online. Geekbench is priced at US$20, and a free demo is available.
