MacProVideo.com releases iMovie tutorials

MacProVideo.com has announced that it has released new iMovie tutorials. “iMovie 101: Mastering iMovie,” (US$29.50) is a program that provides tips and tricks for capturing, editing, and outputting video using Apple iMovie. “This series of videos uses macProVideo.com’s proprietary video display technology, called “NED” (the Nonlinear Educating Device), which allows users to search videos using keywords, present tutorials to audiences in fullscreen mode, and scale videos on-the-fly.

Trans International announces memory upgrades for Mac Pro

Trans International today announced the availability of DDR2 667Mhz, 72 Bit ECC fully-buffered DIMM (FB-DIMM) for Apple’s new Mac Pro desktops. The company says it has “specially engineered the heat spreader (heat sink) for the fully–buffered Dimms installed in the Mac Pro Quad Xeon, which exceed JADEC standards and conform to Apple’s stringent Thermal, Mechanical and Electrical Design Specifications and guidelines.
