CUPERTINO, Calif. – Oct. 11, 2006 – Symantec Corp. (Nasdaq: SYMC) announced
today that Norton Confidential is now available for Macintosh users.
Bare Bones Software today announced the release of BBEdit 8.5.1. Version 8.5.1 is a maintenance release that fixes reported issues and adds minor refinements to this award-winning HTML and text editor for the Macintosh. The BBEdit 8.5.1 update package is available free of charge to all registered BBEdit 8.5 customers from the Bare Bones Software Web site. BBEdit 8.5 is a Universal application, and requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later.
