FUSiON for iDental will be available for commercial launch in September 2006. Designed to service healthcare practices, patients communicate through their choice of automated phone call reminders, intelligent email or 2-way SMS.text messaging. Patients can respond directly to their healthcare provider through their reminder message with response options that include positive appointment confirmation, alerts of intent to cancel, leaving a voice mail in their own words, requesting a call back from the practice or optionally being directly connected to the practice’s front desk to re-book.
