FM::Nexus today announced the release of Inspector 1.1, an update to its comprehensive database analysis tool. Version 1.1 checks for problems, references, and dependencies more than three times faster than before, notes the company. It also provides a new bug indicator icon to identify scripts steps that contain problems rendering them Web incompatible for instant Web publishing, custom Web publishing or when using FX-PHP. Search also now recognizes incompatible script steps. New reporting options in version 1.1 cover privilege records, layouts, value lists, scripts and fields associated with a particular basetable. Inspector requires FileMaker Pro 8 Advanced, and is priced at US$399.
