The Blue Technologies Group today announced the release of Stapler 1.0 for Mac OS X, a blend of three frequently used generic applications: A notepad, an outliner and a to-do list. Stapler combines the most important features of these genres, concentrating on “real-life situations and workflow, rather than sticking to dogmatic specs.” The blue-tec Stapler supports Spotlight indexing, Rich Text formatting, Quartz rendering, and more. It also features a built-in automatic update, German and English localizations, and it has been developed as a Universal Binary from the ground up. The blue-tec Stapler requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later, priced at €7.50.
