CS Odessa today announced that the new version of their award-winning brainstorming software — ConceptDraw MINDMAP 4.2 — features support for the native outliner file format that enables users to easily exchange outlines of their mind mapping and brainstorming sessions with the users of outliner applications. Version 4.2 lets open outlines saved to OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language) as concise visual mind maps and vice versa, save mind map outlines to the OPML files — the native file format for outliner applications. The update also features new additions to MINDMAP extensive collection of shapes and clipart that numbers over 3,000 symbols, improved text handling and other improvements. ConceptDraw MINDMAP is available in Professional and Personal editions. The Pro edition is priced at US$199, and the Personal edition sells for $99.
