Apple faces lawsuit from Contois over iTunes

According to a report on The Register this morning, Apple is being sued by Contois Music and Technology over iTunes. The company claims that Apple violated its patent for a “computer control system and user interface for media playing devices” in which “the system provides a user interface for allowing a user access to media pieces stored in a media database.”

Marketcircle today announced the release of DayLite 1.7.5, the latest version of its business contact and sales manager. This update, which addresses a number of known issues, is recommended for all users. DayLite is priced at US$149 per seat.
