Apple has announced it has sold over 100 million song downloads from the iTunes Music Store in Europe, reports Macworld UK. Last weekthe company announced a promotion where the customer who downloaded the 100 millionth song would receive a significant prize (a 17-inch iMac G5, a 30GB iPod, 10,000 free songs and two tickets to see Robbie Williams live (which includes two nights hotel accommodation and transportation to the concert). The winner was Ken Reist from Steenokkerzeel, Belgium. The lucky winner purchased the 100 millionth iTunes song download in Europe — the album Die Zauberflute (The Magic Flute) by Mozart.
