LaCie today announced it has expanded its 300 series of high-end LCD monitors with the 19” LaCie 319 Monitor, which the company says is “designed for graphics professionals who are serious about color rendering.” The new monitor features advanced S-IPS 19-inch TFT panel, maximum resolution of 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 178° viewing angles, 600:1 contrast ratio, 270 cd/m2 luminance, a color-enhancing hood, and blue eye pro calibration software. The LaCie 319 Monitor will be available at the end of this month for a suggested retail price of US$999.
