Miraizon today announced the release of Cinematize 2.04 for Macintosh, the latest version of the company’s software package that extracts audio and video clips from a DVD movie and saves them in a format compatible with standard multimedia editing software such as QuickTime, iMovie, and Final Cut. New features in this version include improved handling of complex and non-standard DVDs and several user interface improvements. In addition, this update offers full Tiger compatibility, as well as support for QuickTime 7. Cinematize is priced at US$59.95 and a free trial version is available.
