As reported yesterday, online retailer Tiger Direct has sued Apple claiming that the company infringed on its trademark with Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. MacMerc has obtained and posted the complete set of court documents pertaining to the lawsuit in PDF format. “Even without a law degree, it’s an interesting read,” notes the site.
