Giga Designs is now offering the fastest (2.0GHz) G4 processor upgrade available for Apple AGP equipped G4 Power Macs. The new G-celerator AGP 7A series upgrade uses the latest G4 (7447A) processor available from Freescale (formerly Motorola) and features a 512KB on chip L2 cache running at full processor speed. The upgrade US$499 is compatible with the following Power Mac G4 models: AGP Graphics (Sawtooth), Gigabit Ethernet, Digital Audio, Quicksilver, and Quicksilver 2002.
