Apple is now offering a 30-day trial of Motion, its high-performance motion graphic design and production application. Apple notes that Motion requires “a fast computer with ample memory.” The company officially recommends a dual 2GHz Power Mac G5, 2GB of RAM or more, Mac OS X v10.3.5 or later, and an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro graphics card or better. To verify if your setup can run the application, Apple has created the Motion Compatibility Checker. “Once you’ve verified that you can run Motion, complete this form and you will get a download link,” says Apple.
