Rage Software today released Macintosh Explorer 4.2, a free update to the integrated file browser and file management tool for Mac OS X. Version 4.2 adds spring loading tabs; the ability to calculate folder size while browsing; an auto-complete path field allowing to quickly jump to specific folders on your hard drive; a snap back feature that lets you quickly go back to the last entered directory; speed improvements; and more. Macintosh Explorer can be purchased for US$15.95.
