Microsoft today released an update to Virtual PC 7 that corrects an issue affecting users running G5 machines with more than 2GB of RAM. Last month, Microsoft confirmed the issue to MacMinute, saying that it would soon release an update to fix the problem. “Microsoft is aware of this important issue, which will affect a small percentage of customers, and has made it a high priority to address as quickly as possible,” a Microsoft spokesperson said. Virtual PC 7.0.1 also improves overall stability with the software.
