Targus today announced the availability of a US$39.99 USB Bluetooth adapter for notebook computers. The Mac OS X compatible accessory allows users to wirelessly connect up to seven Bluetooth devices–such as printers, PDAs, mobile phones, mice and keyboards–to their laptop. Weighing less than half an ounce and measuring 2.22 inches by 0.79 inches by 0.43 inches, the tiny adapter can communicate with devices within a 33-foot range and has built-in 128-bit encryption and authentication
