– The scores of personal computer companies for the past 10 years, including the latest findings, will be officially released today as part of a report in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) from University of Michigan/ASQ and CFI. Apple looks very good as the numbers indicate that the personal computer industry is strong, rebounding steadily over the course of the past three years, to a nine-year high. That’s good news for the American companies, suggesting their vulnerability to competition is relatively low, Sarah Allen of Kearns & West told MacMinute. (Kearns & West is a PR firm that helps the University of Michigan and the American Society for Quality get the word out about the study every quarter.)
