Panic and The Iconfactory today released CandyBar 1.6.5, the latest version of the popular Mac OS X icon customization utility. This release includes full qualification for the newly released Mac OS X 10.3.5 and is a free upgrade for registered users. CandyBar is US$12.95 shareware.
