OmniPilot Software has acquired the Lasso product suite from Blue World Communications. The Lasso suite of cross platform software tools allows companies to build and serve data-driven Web sites. Blue World Communications will close its offices in Bellevue, Washington, this month, and the Lasso development team will be relocated to OmniPilot Software headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
