Epson has rolled out a new all-in-one: the Stylus CX4600, which features the company’s water/fade/smudge-resistant DURABrite inks and has a suggested retail price of US$149 ($129 following a $20 rebate). The Stylus CX4600 triples as a scanner, photo printer and black and color copier, even though it’s only 6.7 inches tall and 13.5 inches wide. When used as a stand-alone product, it can produce up to 13 black/color copies per minute (cpm), print up to 15 pages per minute (ppm) in black and can scan images up to 600 x 1200 dpi with 48-bit color depth. Other features include Epson’s photo restoration technology and quiet operation and memory card input slots.
