Apple Australia says there is currently
no timetable for an iTunes Music Store in the country, reports the Sydney Morning Herald. “What problems may exist in Australia between Apple and the recorded music industry remain a mystery, but probably have to do with digital rights management deals and differences in contracts between musicians and labels,” the article adds.
